In case you find something wrong with the photo we edited, you can return it to us for revision. 

1. Go to My Orders. If the order status is Ready for review, it means the order is complete. Click Show button to check the edited images.

2. Review the images. 

3. If you need to reject an image/images, you can select images individually or Select All to reject entire order. 

4. Click Reject button

5. Choose the rejection reason. If the rejection reason is not available on the options, click Others. A text box will appear where you can explain why you're rejecting the order or images. 

Once you click the Improve button, our team will receive your order again and fix your images based on the notes you've provided.
