Download your images by opening the “Order History” tab and then clicking the corresponding “Show” button beside the order number.

Select the image and click the 'Approve and Download' button. Then, choose where to save your file. You can choose to save into your computer or to your Dropbox account.

Alternatively, if the original product image was taken from an existing product listing in your BigCommerce store, you can click on the double arrow icon at the top left corner of the image to automatically replace the old product image with the new one.
