Yes, we do have image restrictions for our Automated service, specifically with regards to the file type and file size.
File type - JPEG or PNG file types only
File size - Maximum 6250 x 4000 pixels. If the images are larger than 25 megapixels (e.g., 6250 × 4000 pixels or any other aspect ratio), they will be resized to this maximum resolution.
Please make sure to upload product images with JPEG or PNG file type, up to 12MB per image.
