In case you find something wrong with the image we edited, you can return it to us and we will fix it free of charge.
Go to the “Order History” page, click the "Show" button corresponding to an order, and click on the image to see a preview of the edited photo together with the unedited version.
There is a text box found below it where you can write down your reason/s for rejecting the photo.
Then click the “Reject” button once you're done.
The image will be fixed and returned to you as soon as possible.
